Oh my gosh you guys.

My boss forwarded me an email from a mom of one of my level 6’s. I cried. It is so amazing and sweet! I love what I do, and I must be doing something right! I think my heart just grew about 5 sizes.

Hey S——,
 
I have been wanting to say something to you for a while now.  T—— absolutely adores Sarah.  I wanted you to have this input because I know that she is a new(er) employee and I think that it is important to say something when I see that things are going well.
 
T——- has a positive comment (or two) each night that she comes home from practice.  She loves the way the Sarah encourages her and motivates her to push herself to learn new skills.  T——- also feels that Sarah takes the time to correct her form so that T——- is able to perform her skills better and potentially obtain higher scores in competition.  T—— has never had a negative word to say about Sarah and I hope that T——- has told Sarah how much she appreciates her.  Sarah is a keeper!
 
Of course T—- loves everyone at Spectrum.  You really have a top-notch staff and Sarah has been a fantastic addition!
